Over the past ten years, we have been fortunate to represent sellers and buyers of quality properties. Area projects include both the sale and purchase representation for the Schuyler County Human Services complex, the Finger Lakes Distillery property, JR Dill Winery, Dr. Frank’s west Seneca Vineyards, and Seneca Springs Resort(now the Grist Iron Brewery & Inn.)

On the buyer side, working closely with the purchasers, we sourced the site, provided soil/water sampling, and negotiated the purchase of sixty-seven acres for the east Seneca Lake vineyards of Paul Hobbs and Johannes Selbach. Seller projects have included numerous lake view/front residential properties on the east side of Seneca Lake.
